At my company JPL Cares (Landscape and Snow maintenance company in Colorado). We have adopted the motto BRINGL!FE to our customers through the service we provide. This has several meanings, but the essence of BRINGL!FE is to simply give it your all and leave behind more than what you showed up with. If you do the right thing it comes back to you ten fold. This has been true in business through the integrity of our work, but shows up more in the way that we give. We BRINGL!FE through incentives to our employees for having demonstrated going the extra mile, we honor our crews when they perform well through bringing life to other employees with gift cards, and most importantly we give to charitable organizations through our service and call it BRINGL!FE. We have renovated home landscapes for charitable organizations, “shut ins” and for neighbors all in the name of BRINGL!FE. One thing is certain about giving; people do not complain when you do something meaningful for them, and when we leave a BRINGL!FE job, we get more in the way of satisfaction for payment than money could ever buy. BRINGL!FE is an expression our hearts for service and further, doing something nice for people who cannot do for themselves just feels so good.
